"Scott and Janet, both 2007 Florida State University (FSU) graduates, served last year as Maryknoll Volunteers at the nearby Zhanjiang Finance and Trade School; we became good friends.
Neither returned this year and they wrote from Florida inquiring about the on-going construction on the underpass connecting our two schools. I rambled over one Saturday morning and provided them with these photos, a walking tour or sorts.
I added one photo for you: Scott and Janet with Ruth and me at our farewell dinner last July.
